In this context, the OTEGO group (Otego and its subsidiaries, including Oteplace — a marketplace specialising in industrial protection products) is recruiting for the position of:

International Logistics Manager (M/F)

A key position responsible for the overall management of the group’s logistics and customs flows, as well as the management of Sales Administration.

Your responsibilities
Based at our site in Dagneux (Ain), you will work for the entire group and play a central role in the performance and security of our international flows.

Logistics & transport management
• Define and structure the group’s logistics and transport policy.
• Manage national and international flows, including triangular operations.
• Supervise multimodal transport (air, sea, road).
• Ensure the performance, reliability and continuity of flows.
• Optimise logistics costs.
• Select and manage external partners: freight forwarders, carriers.

Customs & regulatory compliance
• Manage all import/export customs formalities (declarations, approvals, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with applicable international regulations.
• Act as the main point of contact for customs authorities.

Management – Sales Administration
• Manage and coordinate the Sales Administration department.
• Ensure close coordination with the sales, supply chain and finance teams.
• Guarantee the reliability and smooth processing of international orders.
• Improve processes and enhance the traceability of flows.

 

Required profile
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or International Trade.
• 3 to 5 years’ experience in an international industrial environment.
• Proven experience in large-scale export and triangular flows.
• Expertise in customs regulations.
• Professional English essential (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in ERP, office tools, customs portals and carrier platforms.
• Rigorous, organised and able to manage multiple partners.
• Initial management experience is an asset.

• Salary: €48-53k gross per annum (12 months)
