With sales teams based in Asia, America and Europe, we have a strong international growth dynamic, and almost 90% of our production is exported.

 

To increase our international presence in our markets, we are looking for our future Market Manager for Heat Protection.

Reporting to the Managing Director, your main mission will be to develop our business and strengthen our position in our Heat Protection market. You will be responsible for :

 

  • Implementing the strategy for this market using our expertise and a good knowledge of the players in the heat protection sector
  • Managing the market and supporting the international Sales & Marketing teams
  • Monitoring developments in the Heat Protection range
  • Contribute to the development of new products and business models with the help of our technical and sales teams,
  • Strengthen industrial partnerships to develop our market,
  • Set up new businesses using a circular economy approach,
  • Propose recommendations on the products/services concerned

 

Profile

With a technical background in materials (ideally in heat protection), you have continued your studies with a specialisation in marketing or sales.

You have 5 to 10 years’ experience, with at least 5 years’ experience in sales (ideally selling technical products).

You are currently looking for a position where you will be travelling abroad at least 50 to 60% of the time.

You are fluent in both spoken and written English. A third language would be an additional advantage.

To increase our international presence in our markets, we are looking for our future Business Developer for our industrial protection range.

Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Department, your main task will be to grow our business by developing our product range dedicated to the protection and equipment of industrial machinery. To do this, you will be responsible for:

 

  • Managing the product range with the international Sales & Marketing teams,
  • Contributing to the development of new products and business models with the help of our technical and sales teams,
  • Monitoring changes to the product range,
  • Strengthen partnerships to develop our market,
  • Set up new businesses using eco-responsible approaches,
  • Make recommendations on the products/services concerned,

 

 

Profile

After technical training in materials or industrial processes (ideally in textiles or mechanical engineering), you have chosen to specialise in sales and/or marketing.

You have 2 to 5 years’ experience in sales and have already used your skills to promote technical products.

You are comfortable speaking and writing in English.

You are looking for a job that requires you to travel at least 50 to 60% of the time.

To increase our international presence in our markets, we are looking for our future Business Developer North America.

Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Department, your main mission will be to grow our business by developing sales in our three markets in North America. You will be responsible for :

 

  • Maintaining and driving sales activity for the company’s three main markets, by implementing sales and marketing strategies in the United States (mainly the South-East and Midwest) and Canada
  • Develop a detailed and targeted sales strategy for each new prospect and to retain existing customers
  • Develop and maintain close commercial relationships with all customers and prospects
  • Promote the company brand in direct sales and for the OTEGO marketplace.
  • Identify and contribute to the development of new products and business models with the help of our technical and sales teams

 

Profile

With a technical or commercial background, you have at least 5 years’ experience in sales or have already been directly involved in a manufacturing process (textile, tyre or other relevant field).

Your interpersonal skills are a real asset and you are comfortable working and coordinating an international team.

Your ability to adapt and your previous experience have enabled you to familiarise yourself with customers with varied profiles, both technical and non-technical.

You’re not afraid of international travel, which accounts for at least 50% of your time.

You are autonomous and able to take the initiative.

You are fully conversant in English (spoken and written) and ideally speak a third language such as Spanish or French.

A good understanding of the rubber industry is a plus.
