O processo de fabrica\u00e7ao de um pneu \u00e9 complexo, e consiste num conjunto de m\u00faltiplas camadas aplicadas umas sobre as outras. Para fabricar o pneu, existem 4 etapas:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mistura: Mais de 200 componentes s\u00e3o misturados utilizando misturadores e rolos. Borracha natural, borracha sint\u00e9tica, preto de carbono e mais de 200 componentes passam atrav\u00e9s dos rolos para obter um composto de borracha homog\u00e9neo.<\/li>\n<li>Prepara\u00e7\u00e3o: as diferentes camadas do pneu s\u00e3o preparadas utilizando o processo de calandragem ou extrus\u00e3o antes de <a href=\"http:\/\/otegotextile.com\/es\/products\/industria-de-los-neumaticos\/\"> serem armazenadas separadamente.<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Constru\u00e7\u00e3o : esta \u00e9 a fase em que as diferentes camadas s\u00e3o montadas.<\/li>\n<li>Cura: ap\u00f3s da constru\u00e7\u00e3o, o pneu ainda \u00e9 male\u00e1vel, e chamado pneu verde.
